Foreign agents stole a device from UNIT and stored it in their embassy. The Third Doctor used obedience spray to get it back. After the spray wore off, they chased the Doctor but he was seemingly detained by Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart who was disguised as a police officer. (COMIC: Undercover)
