The Get-to-know-you-dance was an organised dance at Shangri-La in Wales in 1959. The Lorells performed at the dance with such numbers as "Singing the Blues" and "Why Do Fools Fall in Love".
The Seventh Doctor and Melanie Bush attended and danced with Ray and Murray respectively. (TV: Delta and the Bannermen)
