Madhya Province was a province of India.
In 1825, roads in the Madhya Province were dangerous because of dacoits and acolytes of Thuggee. Chandra Scindia was the Governor of the province and also the Master of Thuggee.
The ancestral home of the Scindia family, Fortress Scindia was situated in the Madhya Province at least from 1825 till 2315. (COMIC: The Swords of Kali)
