Rojan was a Gallifreyan child who lived during the First Segment of the Last Great Time War. He worked in a munitions factory below the Mountain of Serenity for the war effort whilst his parents were away fighting under the watch of Senior Tahl. He was present for the Dalek attack on the factory, and fled with the War Doctor and Tahl.
After Tahl deduced that the War Doctor was the great Doctor of legend, Rojan refused to believe the Doctor's assertions that he was not the same man. He later watched as Tahl sacrificed himself to save them from the Daleks. After the attack he decided that he would tell tales of the Doctor to future generations of Gallifreyan children. (PROSE: The Stranger)
