The Sereia were a species of slavers.

Biology

The Sereia resembled mermaids. The upper half of their body was humanoid whereas they had a long tail with fins instead of legs. Their skin colour could vary from white to green, blue or red. They had black eyes with no pupils and their mouths were full of razor sharp teeth.

They were an aquatic species whose natural habitat was water. Sereia could not survive for long outside of a watery environment. (COMIC: Slaver's Song)

Abilities

Individual Sereia had powerful voices they could use as a weapon. They could produce deadly sonic blasts from their mouths which were powerful enough to stun or knock out large groups of people. However, their voice's main purpose was to produce an entrancing song that could hypnotize anyone who heard it. This ability was used as a means of pacifying species they intended to enslave and trade. (COMIC: Slaver's Song)

Technology

Sereia had large spaceships capable of interstellar travel and that were large enough to contain large groups of prisoners and slaves. (COMIC: Slaver's Song)
