Vanezia was a city on an Earth-like planet.

Vanezia was sometimes known as the city of art, music and romance. It had museums, galleries and a puppet theatre.

At some point during Vanezia's history, a Rokathia black box crashed nearby, and was found by Magrillo. The device instructed Magrillo to build an opera house, which became an iconic building in Vanezia, and the automatic orchestra, which the opera house was famed for. However, Magrillo was secretly abducting people to power the device, beaming a complex mathematical equation into space through music. The device was finally destroyed and local musician, Frederico Gobbo absorbed all of the musical ability inside, becoming a well-known artist. (COMIC: Opera of Doom!)
