Refkeet Nine was a scholarly world that was chosen to host a Time Conference in which the Eleventh Doctor was to be the guest speaker.
However, there was no conference and the psychic invite was planned to be a trap for the Doctor, who would then be punished for his meddling in time. (COMIC: Time Trick)
