Morris was a cyborg slave on board the Imperial Air Galley and a former gladiator in an alternate Rome that never fell. He was imprisoned as a slave when he illegally souped up his bionic arm circuits.
He was constantly escaping and being recaptured, requiring doctors to patch him up when he injured himself trying to escape. He helped the Fourth Doctor escape the Imperial Air Gallery, and was killed when he was shot during an air battle with the Robot Flying Squad. (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Iron Legion)
