A Chinese girl who was living in Taiwan was briefly possessed by the 456, who made her speak English, in September 2009. She was recorded and posted on the Internet. Torchwood Three were interested, as Mandarin was the most prominent language in the world, and thus it did not make sense that aliens would be trying to communicate in English.
