The Zactions were an advanced insectoid race native to the warm region of Zactus. When the First Doctor visited their world, they met with him and took him to their leader. They showed him the cold region of their world, where he found the spacecraft of an astronaut who had landed there. (COMIC: Dr. Who on the Planet Zactus)
