Louis Richter was the Commander of the Novamore. His original ship was destroyed by the Androids so commandeered the Novamore. (AUDIO: Outsiders) He was later deposed, as a supposed Android collaborator. He later committed suicide. (AUDIO: Terror) When Liam Barnaby went through his files, Liam found out that Louis was right and there was a spy on board. (AUDIO: Machines)
