A male pharmacist who sold mood drugs on New Earth once met the Tenth Doctor and Martha Jones. He worked in Pharmacytown in the Undercity of New New York, selling mood drugs. He used to have a good business before the Motorway opened. However by the year 5,000,000,053 he was lucky if he got a customer every day. (TV: Gridlock)
