Janine was a secretary for Coldfire Construction, a company building technology blocks at schools all over the world. A Slitheen named Florm Rox Fey Fenerill-Slam Slitheen killed her and took her skin. Later the Slitheen using her skin attempted, and nearly succeed to kill Sarah Jane Smith.
