The Narrator is a Time Lord who was the Time Lord President during the Last Great Time War. During the War his will was to survive. He possessed a metallic glove that could kill other Time Lords by a mere point of his hand (It turned them into dust instantly). He commented on events taking place on Earth from a room full of fellow Time Lords. After the Master conquered Earth again on Christmas Day 2009, he began to lead his Time Lords to war that was cause "the End of Time itself!" (DW: The End of Time)
