John Winters was an alien-possessed American scientist who was based in Cardiff in 2008. He was head of the New Eden research lab. Winters was responsible for manufacturing the DNA which New Eden was infecting humans with. This DNA was implanted into human bodies by his wife Laura, who was a cosmetic surgeon and also possessed by an alien.
