A Charitable Earth was a charity founded by Ace, a former companion of the Doctor, (AUDIO: In Remembrance) after Irving Braxiatel wiped her mind of Gallifrey, the Time Lords and the Doctor and placed her back on Earth. (AUDIO: Soldier Obscura, In Remembrance) It was founded to help orphans and underprivileged children, just as the Doctor had helped Ace when they first met. (AUDIO: In Remembrance)

"We believe in training kids to be the best they can be. Tomorrow's heroes."Dorothy McShane [src]

While looking up the Doctor's other companions, Sarah Jane Smith found out about Dorothy, discovering the charity had raised billions of pounds. (TV: Death of the Doctor)

As of 2010, the Sixth and Seventh Doctor's former companion Melanie Bush worked with A Charitable Earth, providing PCs to schools in Africa. (PROSE: Death of the Doctor)
