The Divine Empress, Glory of the Empire, Ruler of the High Court, Lord of the Inner and Outer Worlds, High Admiral of the Galactic Fleets, Lord General of the Six Armies and Defender of the Earth, or simply the Divine Empress, was the ruler of the Earth Empire in the 30th century. One ruler, Helen, (PROSE: So Vile a Sin) ruled the Empire from her palace orbiting Saturn. She was extremely old, with tumours covering her body. She was fully integrated into the computer systems that ran the empire. (PROSE: Original Sin)
