Head of Alien Acquisitions was a position at Torchwood One. Tommy Pierce served as head for a number of years, but was briefly replaced by Rachel Allan in 2005 after he was framed with alcohol and retcon. (AUDIO: New Girl) Rachel reinstated him after she became director (AUDIO: Through the Ruins) and he remained in the position through to 2007. (AUDIO: Locker 15)
