As someone else said the eleventh Doctor seems to be much less opposed to violence than the tenth.  The trailer shows him both punching a man(?) in face, firing a gun and letting off some kind of explosive (although this was possible a flare).

Could everyone put their views on the Series 5 trailer. If you haven't seen it go on the Doctor Who website.89.168.138.117 16:25, January 2, 2010 (UTC)--

it looks like a breath of fresh air in the series. The series looks like a teen version of doctor who but keeping the stat quo. Matt Smith acts like a younger David, with child like wonder in his eyes, but is still wise Geffe71 17:23, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

He seem more agressive than David (If you have watched it you will know why :P) but very energetic

Moffat also changed the daleks, the eye stalks are different and they are back to the original color schemeGeffe71 17:33, January 2, 2010 (UTC)- the Daleks look like their design in the 80s, maby the Daleks before the Time war

And the weeping angels are back, woop!

We've now got a fair bit of info on him now, we know his first 3 books, some audiobooks, the comic strips'll start soon, and we know 3 enemies that will be appearing: the Daleks, the Angels and what look like Vampires.Excalibur-117 17:49, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

There appears to be Grey and White daleks. Possible the Doctor is somehow back in the Dalek Civil War? --TemporalSpleen 18:26, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

Well he goes back to WW2 and find that Winston Churchill thinks he has invented the Daleks, and the Daleks go along with it, then The Doctor shows up and tomfoolery follows, i think Matt Smith is going to be a great Doctor and i love his outfit, its like bringing the old series into the new world

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MAJOR SPOILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! While watching the new trailer for Series 5 with my speakers on full blast I discovered from 0.49 seconds there is a low talking that probably was not meant to be on the trailer. Could this be any type of clues? The only words I can make out is "News" and "Scottish" I think? What can you make out? Michael Downey 21:02, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

...Karren Gillian is scottish, is she not? Then the companion probably will be. Delton Menace 21:46, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

I know but just listen to it with your speakers up full, its just really freaky its either a real clue that was hard to find which by luck I found it or a mistake and something wont let me believe it was a mistake lol Michael Downey 21:48, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

Magpie Electrical again? Geffe71 04:15, January 3, 2010 (UTC)
