Dubris was an English town in Pete's World. Corin delivered a baby in this town. (PROSE: The Turning of the Tide)
Behind the scenes
In the real world, Dubris was a port in Roman Britain on the site of present-day Dover. Given that Pete's World's equivalent of Kent uses a Roman name (Canticum), it is likely that Dubris is the Pete's World equivalent of Dover.
