:To my knowledge, 2020 comes from the old 60s trailer for the TV serial. Neither the serial nor the novelisation confirm this in-universe. What is the evidence that the book is set in 2020? I don’t find any clear guidance in the text.

To my knowledge, 2020 comes from the old 60s trailer for the TV serial. Neither the serial nor the novelisation confirm this in-universe. At most, the novelisation indicates it takes place after the founding of the IMC and before the 22nd century Dalek invasion, for which 2020 seems way off. I don't think the article is accurately categorised.--TheCoud'veBeenKing 21:34, December 1, 2019 (UTC)
