Wally K Daly is an English television and radio writer. In 1985, he submitted a script for Doctor Who entitled The Ultimate Evil, but it was never produced. In 1989, he wrote the novelisation of his script, which was published by Target Books. He also wrote an audio version, which was published by Big Finish Productions in 2019, in which he voiced the Bird.
