The Marinusians are a Near-Human species native to Marinus. They were pacifists until the evil Voords forced them to fight. They conquered the Voords by fixing the Conscience of Marinus. (DW: The Keys of Marinus)

The Marinusians are the first species physically identical to Humans to appear in Doctor Who after the Time Lords.
