Godfather Terne was a member of Faction Paradox. For some crime, he was imprisoned in the Boulevard of Alternate Brutalities, where he lived a timelooped life. As the Boulevard decayed, the timeloop contracted so that he spent several hundred years reliving his parents' desertion, his sibling's death, and his own hanging (the point at which he was originally recruited by the Faction). He died when Iris Wildthyme shut down the broken Boulevard. (PROSE: Library Pictures)
