==The honeymoon==
People are making assumptions not supported by dialogue or on-screen evidence or spin-off media. All we know is that Martha was on her honeymoon at the time of Children of Earth. We don't know if that was with Tom or with Mickey. People do divorce. There is nothing in The End of Time to suggest when the Martha-Mickey scene takes place. Both look older - it could take place 10 years in the future; remember that the Doctor goes back more than 5 years to see Rose. All we can say is that she either broke up with or divorced Milligan, and then took up with Mickey. Personally I'm of the opinion she divorced Milligan because Jack would have likely referenced Mickey. But I can't put that supposition into the article unless it ends up in an episode or a licensed novel or other fiction. [[User:23skidoo|23skidoo]] 17:15, January 10, 2010 (UTC)

Revision as of 17:15, 10 January 2010

In the Christmas Invasion, Jackie says she got those - er forgot what they're called (lol) from 'Tina, she's got this lodger, medical student.' I just wondered, What if that was Martha? Tried finding reference on here but no luck so far... meh. - AlexMcpherson

Doubt it. The thing was man-sized pyjamas and I'm pretty sure Martha isn't a man. -<Azes13 16:31, 29 November 2008 (UTC)

>_> Pay attention to the episode, it was a stethoscope(SP?) That she got from "Tina the Cleaner", and she got the pyjamas from HOWARD.

Also dosn't martha have her own place re:sound of drums Assassin of death 14:55, 5 June 2009 (UTC)

There is no proof that Tina's lodger is Martha, wouldn't Jackie recognise her in Journey's End? Anyway, Martha owns an apartment. Just because she's a medical student doesn't mean she's Martha. I'm A Hydroponic Tomato! Bigredrabbit (talk to me) 23:08, January 5, 2010 (UTC)

Quick one her honeymoon during the 456 incidence could have been with Mickey it was never stated it was with Tom

Martha Smith-Jones

That's how she's credited at the end: Martha Smith-Jones. --Golden Monkey 20:56, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

Yep and thats what Russell T Davies noted on the commentary for it, which for anyone doubting this should be considered canon as he wrote this ep. 22:32 January 1, 2010 (GMT)

  • Commentary does not mean canon -- otherwise you have to dismiss the Jack Harness-as-Face of Boe revelation because RTD said he wasn't Boe in a commentary. The fact she is credited under this name is what counts. 23skidoo 15:20, January 4, 2010 (UTC)

Mickey

Since when did Mickey get married to Martha and run away with her to become a freelance alien fighter. I haven't seen The End of Time, but is this just speculation of Episode Two, because if it is remove it. Last time I checked, Martha was engaged to Tom Milligan. Where did this info come from? I'm A Hydroponic Tomato! Bigredrabbit (talk to me) 22:25, January 1, 2010 (UTC) I have no idea it was never fully explained but she was only engaged to Tom not married so she could have called it off after the events of Journey's End and then by the time Childred of Earth came round she could have married Mickey and been on her honeymoon Rhysy54 22:27, January 1, 2010 (UTC) Its correct you have to watch the End of Time Part Two
