Abigail: it means bringer of joy
Abigail Naismith was the daughter of Joshua Naismith. She had heard rumours of "Harold Saxon, his disciples, his return", her father stated that she enjoyed such things. The archetypal spoilt brat and daddy's girl, Abigail was vain, narcissistic and wanted immortality. In 2010, her father used the Immortality Gate in an attempt to give her immortality. But after repairing it, the Master entered the Gate, and she was turned into a copy of him along with the entire human race except for Wilfred Mott and Donna Noble.
