The history computer was the database of all Cyberman history, compiled from experiences uploaded directly from every Cyberman. (PROSE: Killing Ground, AUDIO: The Isos Network)

It was accessed by the Cyber-Planner during its attempted destruction of Earth in 2006. The Cybermen's attempts to take over Earth in the 1970s (TV: The Invasion) and in 1986 (TV: Attack of the Cybermen) were recorded as their "first" and "second invasions" respectively. (PROSE: Iceberg)

The Cyber-Controller on Telos mentioned that the history computer had details of the Doctor when it was face to face with the Second Doctor, which noted his intelligence during the attack on the Earth's moonbase. (TV: The Tomb of the Cybermen)

The CyberNomads also had access to the history computer. The Sixth Doctor was aware that if he were cyber-converted all of his memories would enter the history computer. (PROSE: Killing Ground)

The sum of Cyberman history was also recorded in the Cyberium. (TV: The Haunting of Villa Diodati)
