Leticia was a human viewer of Fanwatch, a TV series dedicated to observing the behaviour of Doctor Who fans the way one might that of exotic birds.
When, in preparation for one episode, the Fanwatch crew asked their audience to submit pictures they'd snapped themselves of "the Common Cosplayer", Leticia sent in a picture of a "flock" (comprising two Romanas, one genderbent Cheetah Planet version of the Tremas Master, one K9, and a "classic" Fourth Doctor) from Brazil.
