Earth Command was the military strategy centre of Earth.

Earth Command led the Earth Empire against the Daleks during the Second Dalek War in the 26th century. One of their priority targets was the Dalek Inquisitor General, known by the Space Service security designation X. (PROSE: Prisoner of the Daleks)

In the 40th century, the Tenth Doctor spoke to Earth Command from Myarr. He pretended to be Doctor Vile and claimed the war between Earth and the Mantasphids was his fault.
