The 69th issue of Doctor Who Monthly was dated to 1982.

It included an article called "Thieves Re-Captured!" about a television station in Cyprus returning three prints from the missing Doctor Who William Hartnell story The Outlaws to the BBC film archive at Windmill Lane.
