Laser shoes were gadgets created by MI6 for operatives to use in the field. They were given to Graham O'Brien and Ryan Sinclair by "C" before they investigated VOR CEO Daniel Barton with the Thirteenth Doctor. Graham wore them whilst attending Barton's birthday party, though would use them to fend off the Kasaavin. He later used them to coerce Barton's men into surrendering, threatening to perform the soft-shoe shuffle. (TV: Spyfall)

Behind the scenes

The laser shoes are based on gadgets used by fictional spy James Bond. Specifically, they take inspiration from the laser wristwatches used in the films Never Say Never Again, Goldeneye and Die Another Day, and the knife shoes in From Russia with Love.
