The Counter-Revolution was a civil war on Trion in which the Committee of Public Safety fought against the Revolutionary Regime and successfully overthrew Rehctaht. Following the Counter-Revolution, political exiles were allowed to return, (PROSE: Turlough and the Earthlink Dilemma) paving the way for Malkon and Vislor Turlough to return. (TV: Planet of Fire)
