A. L. Kennedy (born 22 October 1965[1]) wrote the Time Trips short story The Death Pit, and its extended adaptation The Drosten's Curse.
Kennedy is well-known in the literary world outside Doctor Who as an award-winning writer of novels, short stories and essays.
