Alan Llewis was an Earth businessman.
An agent of the Remote, Guest, made an arrangement with Llewis for his company to sell the Cold on Earth. This was an attempt to disrupt history and attract the attention of the Time Lords to obtain a TARDIS. (PROSE: Interference - Book One)
When their plans later changed and they no longer wanted to sell the Cold, Llewis tried to salvage the deal, then tried to take the remaining Cold. The Remote had the warehouse destroyed to stop him. Before it was blown up, Llewis escaped through a transportation gateway to the Remote's home planet of Anathema. He was then recruited by Faction Paradox and became Cousin Llewis. (PROSE: Interference - Book Two)
