Albert Marsden was the husband of Peggy Marsden. In an alternate timeline that became a pocket universe, the pair of them were inhabited by a pair of Elder Gods who served Moloch.

Prime timeline

In the prime timeline, Peggy was seen to offer Albert a cup of tea, while Albert remarked upon the roses he had been planting in their garden. They also had a son called Raymond. The Seventh Doctor showed the Elder gods in the pocket universe the life that Albert and Peggy lived in the original timeline. (AUDIO: Protect and Survive)

Alternate timeline

In an alternate 1989, Albert and Peggy died in November 1989 after a Russian nuclear warhead was detonated near their location in the United Kingdom. Such an event had been anticipated, so the pair of them had worked to build a fallout shelter as per the Protect and Survive pamphlets, however it was not enough to save them. (AUDIO: Protect and Survive)

Pocket dimension

The alternate timeline was eventually compressed into a five mile area with just the two of them, in a pocket universe where their bodies were inhabited by two Elder Gods, after the Seventh Doctor tricked them. The two Elder Gods inhabited their bodies for over a century, living through their last 10 days in November 1989 over and over again. Finally, the Elder Gods met Ace and Hex, whereupon they escaped, with help from Moloch. (AUDIO: Protect and Survive)
