A planet with an unknown name was chosen as the hiding-place of the Great Vampire King. Fleeing the Time Lord-Vampire War, the King Vampire took the Hydrax human ship(a source of blood) and traveled into E-Space through a CVE.
The planet was covered in forests and a village built by the humans. Centuries passed on the planet and the Hydrax eventually became the castle of the Three Who Rule while the village resembled a level 2 planetary civilization. (DW: State of Decay)
