Mr Crusoe was a Valenti who operated a technology shop in Kilburn, London. He was known to Torchwood and had the Eighth Doctor directed towards him by Tania Bell. However, Mr Crusoe had been killed by Boukarai and Teeja with an energy weapon before the Doctor arrived, making sure that he could not alert the Doctor to their presence.
