Felic was one of the Zygons that crashed their spaceship in the Lake District in September 1909. When the Tenth Doctor was captured, Felic used Zygon body-print technology to impersonate him. Felic attempted to trick and capture Martha Jones, but Martha hit his head with a paperweight, knocking him out.
