Gharman was the head of the Kaled Military Elite Scientific Corps. He served under their chief scientist Davros.
Soon, Gharman realised how corrupt Davros had become and started a rebellion against him. Gharman, along with his troop, were then seen as traitors and were all exterminated by the Daleks at Davros's commands. (TV: Genesis of the Daleks)
