Helen Evans was a member of Cardiff City Council.
Biography
Having grown up in Splott, Helen was tough and pretended to be a loose-lipped drunk so that people would underestimate her. She was a candidate for Mayor after Roy Llewellyn's death in March 2005, as were Ross Bevan, Barry Jackson, Julie Jones and Brian Rayner. Whilst she liked Ross, she did not like Julie and was distrustful of Barry, believing that he was out for himself.
Helen met Yvonne Hartman whilst celebrating a friend's birthday at the White Lion. She fled from the creature that killed Ross, Julie and Rayner with Yvonne and Barry and, in the toilets of the Priory Nightclub, promised to keep an eye on the Rift as Mayor for Yvonne in return for alien technology. When the creature attacked again, the three of them left for the Hub, but Helen was caught and killed. (AUDIO: One Rule)
