Ian Fraser Burgess, also variably credited as Ian Burgess and Ian Frazer, is a photographer and cover artist. He designed the covers of The Wheel in Space and Devil's End, and worked on still photography for White Witch of Devil's End and Sil and the Devil Seeds of Arodor.
