Dav was the mate of Rhys Williams. He lived with a friend (not sure whether if it was his girlfriend or wife) called Karen. It is presumed wheter if the man with Rhys was really him in TW: Cyberwoman
He was mentioned in TW, Ghost Machine, Cyberwoman and Meat.
