Indra Ganesh was a junior secretary with the Minister of Defence, working at 10 Downing Street during the Big Ben incident. There he met Joseph Green MP and briefed him on the situation, informing him that he was now Acting Prime Minister. He supplied Green with the Emergency Protocols and later, along with Harriet Jones and Rose Tyler, discovered the dead body of the Prime Minister.
