Vinny was an employee of Shangri-La under Burton in 1959.
Vinny did morning broadcasts on the camp's public announcement system. Despite his reservations, Vinny was evacuated along with the rest of the employees when the Seventh Doctor warned them of the arrival of Gavrok and the Bannermen. (TV: Delta and the Bannermen)
