Montmartre was the tallest hill in Paris located in the north of the city.

Around 1895, not one but two spacecraft arrived within the hill belonging to the vampire and Varlos respectively. (PROSE: The Vampire of Paris)

Forming an alliance with the Dalek Time Controller, the Reborn Master aided him in creating a new Dalek army in return for control over a number of conquered worlds.
