Morgan Deare (born 19 November 1945[1]) played Hawk in the Doctor Who television story Delta and the Bannermen. He later played Arthur in the 2018 episode Rosa.
Deare also played the part of Senator Waldo Pickering in the Big Finish audio story Minuet in Hell.
He is married to Mary Healey, who appeared in The Happiness Patrol.
