The neutral powers were countries that remained neutral during World War II. Apart from a handful of neutral countries, the conflict involved the whole of the Earth. Spain stayed neutral in the World War, (AUDIO: Resistance) as did Switzerland.(COMIC: Me and My Shadow) Accusing the Allies of aggression, Oskar Steinmann used the example of the British Empire moving into neutral countries such as Iceland, Iran and Madagascar.
