Aldo Deluca was an Italian gangster and businessman who operated in San Francisco out of a grillroom that he owned. In 1906, he agreed to finance Charles Virgil McLean's production of King Lear.
Due to Mr Caruso's Carmen damaging Mr McLean's ticket sales, Mr Deluca withdrew his funding and had Tony beat him to get his money back. Upon learning of the Gift, he took Liv Chenka and Helen Sinclair hostage and demanded that Mr McLean transfer it to him. (AUDIO: The Gift)
