The Eleventh Hour is the first episode of Series 5. It is also the first full episode of the Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond and the first episode with Steven Moffat as head writer.
Synopsis
After his explosive regeneration damages the TARDIS, the eleventh version of The Doctor crash lands on Earth. Awaiting his machine's regeneration, he and a young woman named Amy Pond take on the mighty Face Tendril.
