Cancelers were entities created by The Eleventh Doctor while he was Chief Executive of SERVEYOUinc (COMIC: The Other Doctor). They went around copywriting any new content so it became the property of SERVEYOUinc, therefore squashing all creativity and making SERVEYOUinc City a very bleak place. The Cancelers were all in the image of The Chief Executive, looking like grey clones of him.
